Payment methods

The payment of your order to CHEFSTYLE EUROPE EE can be made in the following ways:

Replacement - Cash payment on delivery

With the cash on delivery method, you pay the total amount of your order in cash upon receipt of the order from the partner transport company.

In case of refund from CHEFSTYLE EUROPE EE due to return of products, a bank account with IBAN number will be credited. Any fees charged by the bank that owns the account will be charged to you.

As of 1/1/2012 and according to POL 1027/09-02-2011, documents to individuals (retail receipts) over 500€ and documents to professionals (invoices) over 1,500€ cannot be paid in cash (or cash on delivery). Cash on delivery as a payment method is not available for orders outside Greece.

There is no extra charge for credit card purchases.

The settlement of credit card transactions in CHEFSTYLE EUROPE EE is carried out exclusively by the electronic transaction system of Viva - VIVABANK S.A. Upon completion of the online order at CHEFSTYLE EUROPE EE, you are transferred to the bank's environment, to a specially designed page and you are asked to enter your card details. These data are not known to CHEFSTYLE EUROPE EE, and to no one else, except to the bank, which will process the financial transaction of your order.

The charge on your card is recorded with CHEFSTYLE EUROPE EE, the company that has created and operates CHEFSTYLE. In the event of a refund from CHEFSTYLE EUROPE EE due to cancellation or return of products, the same credit card account you used to pay for your order will be credited.

Deposit in a bank account

You do not have any additional charge from CHEFSTYLE EUROPE EE for purchases with payment of your order via bank deposit.

If the deposit is made from your account, you will not be charged any additional costs by CHEFSTYLE EUROPE EE. Any costs that your bank charges you for the transaction will be borne entirely by you. The amount sent to our bank should be the exact final amount of your order without any deduction of your bank charges.

When making the deposit, it is imperative that CHEFSTYLE EUROPE EE, the company that has created and operates the Chefstyle website, be named as the beneficiary of the account. Upon completion of the bank transfer, please inform Chefstyle, either by e-mail or by phone, in order to proceed with the ordering and shipping process.

Please note, that the payment process via bank account must be completed within 5 working days, otherwise the order will be considered invalid.
